Chamuyo was founded in 2011 with the spirit of enjoying an authentic Argentine Asado among friends. In the land of Gauchos, each Asado has its rituals, remembering old stories is one of them. And to keep a laid-back celebration mood, there must be a good glass of wine. Some topics are never allowed, religion, politics, and of course, soccer.

Who is in charge of the grill, the “asador” is the greatest star, whom as a master of ceremonies, will lavish the guests with each cut coming out of the grill. The Asado is never to be rushed, as waiting for the wood to form the perfect embers and for them to cook the meat, is magic that requires time. To reach the favorite point of each guest will depend on the skill of the “asador”.

Always after a good asado, it is tradition to thank the ability of the cook appealing for a round of applause with the phrase “un aplauso para el asador”.
