Reservation Policies
To make a reservation, the following information is required:
- Rental start and end dates,
- Accommodation details: Guest name and address room number.
- Deposit: A $50 advance payment is required to confirm the reservation.
- Damage policy: In case of damage or loss, the full cost of the item or repair must be covered.
- Delivery: Complimentary delivery is included within Cabo San Lucas (from Hard Rock) and San José del Cabo (up to Puerto L os Cabos) for rentals of 3 days or more For shorter rentals, a $25 Usd delivery fee will apply.
